Settlement of contracts in each country should be based on legal definitions of property and obligations and guarantee of performance.

In the Civil Code of Iran, some contracts are defined
the conclusion of these contracts should be in accordance with the provisions of the law. Contracts of sale, Rent, Debt, Swap, and Mortgage are of these examples.
Other contracts are subject to Article 10 of the Iranian Civil Code and the will of the parties to the contract provided they are not in violation of the law.
Therefore, the entry into a contract with an Iranian party in Iran requires awareness of these rules.
